PLACING AN ORDER

By placing an order with us you agree to and accept these Terms. If you are unhappy with or unclear about any aspect of these terms, please contact one of our client service consultants before placing an order with us either by telephone on 07891447439, by email, or by post using the address given above. Calls to our Customer Service team are charged at the local rate. All our calls may be recorded for training and monitoring purposes. 

By placing an order via this Website you are making an offer to Paisley Jacob to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order.

By placing an order for the delivery of goods via this Website:

For all delivery destinations, you are making an offer to Paisley Jacob to deliver the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order.

Once you have placed an order for goods and delivery we will send you confirmation that your order has been received but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods (or for them to be delivered) has been accepted. A contract between you and Paisley Jacob for the sale and delivery of our goods will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed, and despatched to you. We will take payment from your credit/debit/PayPal account at the time you place your order, we will process your order and advise despatch details. This does not affect your legal rights.

Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.

DELIVERIES

Please note that a delivery charge will be added to your order value. The appropriate carrier will be selected and cost advised. Paisley Jacob shall receive such a delivery charge in relation to the delivery of the goods.

All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change. Paisley Jacob will not accept liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) if delivery takes place at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.

For Products purchased outside the UK, Paisley Jacob arranges delivery to other countries through a third-party carrier.

By accepting these terms and conditions and requesting delivery (other than the UK) you are making an offer to a third-party carrier with Paisley Jacob acting as agent for the third party carrier to deliver the goods detailed in your order upon the terms and charge described in your order. Ownership, title, and risk of the goods will pass to you when the goods are placed at your or third-party carrier’s disposal at our UK premises. Prices are inclusive of UK VAT at the applicable rate.

CONFORMITY OF GOODS

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, specifications and descriptions of products on this Website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products. Furthermore, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used to view the products.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

We endeavor to display all items currently available on our website, and our suppliers aim to hold stock of all products active on the website. Occasionally, an item will be out of stock. If this is the case and we expect more stock to become available, this will be highlighted in your shopping basket. The stock status for your order will also be shown on your order confirmation. If the item is available to purchase on back order, we will provide a promise date for expected delivery. However, if a product is truly out of stock, you will not be able to add it to your shopping basket. 

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

You have a legal right to change your mind and cancel your order within 14 days of receipt and receive a refund of all charges for the canceled goods and the delivery charges. This includes the delivery fees of the third party for which we will refund the equivalent amount charged by them for delivery. You will then need to return the item by post. Parcels returned by post are returned at your own cost. For more information on how to change or cancel your order before dispatch, please email Paisley Jacob.

OUR RETURNS POLICY

If you are not entirely happy with the goods that you have chosen you may return them to us within 30 days of receipt in accordance with our returns policy. Our returns policy applies in addition to your legal right to cancel above and does not affect your legal rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed products.

If you return any products in accordance with our returns policy, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed, and with the original packaging. All purchases are quality inspected and packed by hand before leaving our premises. Return of an item is at your own cost unless the item is faulty.

RETURNING YOUR ITEMS

Whether exercising your legal right to cancel or returning a product under our returns policy, certain items cannot be returned, for example, for hygiene reasons.

Please provide proof of purchase when returning an item. If you are unable to provide proof of purchase an exchange will be offered. A refund will not be offered regardless if the goods are faulty.

PRICES

All prices quoted on this Website are accurate at the time of publication, are quoted in pounds sterling and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. You will be responsible for the payment of any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country.

To the fullest extent permitted by law and save as provided above, neither Paisley Jacob nor any associated company shall be liable to you by reason of any representation, or any implied warranty, condition or other terms, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of the contract, or in negligence (whether on the part of Paisley Jacob or any of its members, suppliers, agents, directors, employees or otherwise) for any indirect special or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to loss of profit or loss of saving), costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever which arise out of or in connection with the use of this website, the supply of the products or their use or resale by you.

The limitations of liability in these conditions shall apply equally for the benefit of Paisley Jacob and any other associated company of Paisley Jacob as if references to Paisley Jacob included references to each such associated company. 

While Paisley Jacob uses reasonable endeavors to ensure that the information on this Website is accurate and up to date, it does not give any warranty as to its accuracy or completeness and Paisley Jacob will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results arising from the use of such information.
